To ensure a smooth and convenient delivery experience, we provide you with an ETA tracking link via SMS. You can click on this link at any time to see the estimated time of arrival for your order.

How can I track my order?

If you need to change the way you pay for your subscription, you can do so by following these steps:
Sign in to your MACROS account.
Select Manage Subscription from the panel on the right-hand side.
Select Address & Payment Details
Click on Manage Payment Methods
Choose the Payment Method to be updated. and select Edit
We will email the link to edit your payment details to the email address associated with your subscription.

I need to update my payment information

To see how many credits you have, log in to your MACROS account and select Manage Subscription from the panel on the right-hand side. 
Select Address & Payment Details and click on Manage Payment Methods. Your available credits will be displayed here.

How do I see credits on my account?

If you want to skip an upcoming delivery, here are the steps you need to follow:
Sign in to your account.
Select Manage Subscription from the panel on the left-hand side.
Click on View Your Next Order
Click on ‘Skip’ and confirm again in the pop-up.

How can I skip a delivery?

If you want to stop receiving your weekly meal plans from Macros, you can easily pause your subscription by following these steps:
Go to the Macros website at macros.com.au and log in to your account.
Select Manage Subscription from the panel on the right-hand side. 
Click on Manage This Bundle and select Pause Subscription located below the bundle's contents. You then have the options to pause the subscription for 1, 2 or 4 weeks. 
Select your preferred option and click on Pause Subscription to save.
