Do you support NDIS participants?Updated a year ago

Yes. We are happy to assist you with the payment and reimbursement process. Please note that you will need to pay for your meals online using your card before they are delivered. You can do this on our website. If you need an invoice with the cost breakdown of your order, you can request one by emailing us at [email protected]. The invoice will show the following costs:

  • Ingredient cost: 30% of plan cost
  • Preparation cost: 70% of plan cost
  • Delivery cost: Fixed amount based on your location

You can then submit the invoice to your plan manager and get reimbursed for the delivery and preparation costs. We hope this clarifies how our NDIS support works. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
